30 Minute Experience

  • Age Requirement:

    • Recommended for ages 6+

      • (Players under 13 must be accompanied by an adult)

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations of regular bookings made at least 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but subject to rescheduling based on availability.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

    • No-shows will be charged in full.

  • Late arrivals:

    • No more than 5 minutes past your reservation start time for 30 minute booked experiences, are subject to reduced playing time.

  • To ensure our other guest bookings are not impacted, any tardiness beyond 5 minutes will result in a cancellation of your booking, 50% forfeiture of payment and the rest of your initial payment will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be applied to a future booking.
