1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, visiting our facility, or participating in any experience provided by High Tide VR (“HTVR”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or in person.

  • Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations of regular bookings made at least 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but subject to rescheduling based on availability. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals, no more than 5 minutes past your reservation start time for 30 minute booked experiences, are subject to reduced playing time. To ensure our other guest bookings are not impacted, any tardiness beyond 5 minutes will result in a cancellation of your booking, 50% forfeiture of payment and the rest of your initial  payment will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be applied to a future booking. Late arrivals, no more than 10 minutes past your reservation start time for 60 minute booked experiences, are subject to reduced playing time. To ensure our other guest bookings are not impacted, any tardiness beyond 10 minutes will result in a cancellation of your booking, 50% forfeiture of payment and the rest of your initial payment will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be applied to a future booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Age & Participation Requirements

  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for each experience (as listed during booking).

  • Anyone under the age of 13 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver and must be 
    accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. 

  • For safety, participants must follow all staff instructions and VR safety guidelines.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in our VR experiences, you acknowledge the following:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in physical and digital activities that may involve risk of injury, motion sickness, or dizziness.

  • HTVR, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages that may occur during your visit.

  • A signed liability waiver is required prior to participation.

5. Facility Rules

  • No food, drink, or gum in the play areas.

  • You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited playtime.

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.

6. Loyalty & Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift cards may be used for eligible services only.

  • Future loyalty and rewards programs may be available to participating customers at our discretion.

  • Terms for loyalty programs will be provided separately when launched.

7. Website & Digital Services

  • All content on our website, including prices, services, and promotions, is subject to change without notice.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links or services accessed through our site.

  • By submitting information through our website (e.g., booking, newsletter sign-up), you agree to our [Privacy Policy].

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, videos, images, and content used by High Tide VR are the property of HTVR and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HTVR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or participation in experiences, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
